The idea behind the Business Model You concept is that each of us – just like companies or organizations – have a mission in life, around which we eventually organize all our professional activities. Some of us do this consciously, many others unconsciously. 

The Business Model You approach will help you to identify the added value you want to bring in life, how you want to bring it and to whom … also which resources you have and which ones you want to develop, who could help you with all of this … and ultimately what you want to get out of it and what you are ready to give up for it.

The Business Model You framework therefore helps you to look at your current professional situation in a structured, pragmatic and visual way, and to draw directions for future solutions and opportunities.

During the teaser evening (April 25th) you will get some insight about the Business Model You concept and approach, and take the time for a short break to reflect on some elements of the Business Model You framework.

During the long event (May 25th & 26th), we will go much deeper into what drives you into life, where you get your motivation from, where you find your energy, and how you could combine this in a way that leads to a more balanced and fulfilling (professional) life.
